Hello everyone, hope you all had a great weekend. Today I am going to write about health and fitness .

Regardless of what we do in our daily life, a healthy and regular exercise and a physical activity is the path to our health and well-being.

Health can be defined as a state of complete mental, physical and social well-being and Fitness is the ability to meet the demands of the environment.These are the very important aspects for living a healthy and happy lifestyle. These two terms are closely related, it is impossible to achieve one without paying heed to the other.

With the help of proper balanced diet and regular exercise, one can improve his or her health and fitness.

Here are some points to ponder to stay healthy and fit.

1 . Exercise for atleast 30 minutes in a day as it is recommended by experts. If you don’t like yoga or workout then simply you make it enjoyable by dancing, jumping and running with your favorite songs on. Or you can make it interesting by exercising with a group of people ( neighbors, friends or family members)

2 . Don’t forget to meditate for atleast 5 minutes. This will recharge, refresh, relax and calm your mind throughout the day.

3 . Eat a right food. That means you need to have a balanced diet which includes food with vitamins, minerals, proteins , carbs and fats. Avoid oily, greasy ,fried junk foods , as these kinds of foods are only good in taste but not for the health. And always consume food in a proper amount not more or less.

4. Have a healthy mindset because your whole activity and mood depends on your mind. So stay positive and calm.

5. Go for a regular body checkup( dentist etc.)

6. Always address your emotions .You should how you are feeling from inside. If you would not do that it will become reasons for anxiety, stress and depression which can contribute to a majority of health related issues. So try to heal your mind and body from unease emotions by therapies, meditation, or the activity you love to do ( blogging, listening music, dancing etc.) These activities will help you to find solution to the emotional trauma you are suffering from.

7. You should always surround yourself to a positive and good people’s( good people’s are those who don’t bully, try to help others, have a positive attitude, and lacks fakeness) . Avoid and stay away from those people’s who criticize, demotivate, or say negative things about you.

8. Drink more and more water. This will purify and cleanse your body .

9. Never drink and smoke.These things are always bad for our health so avoid .

10. Feel good about yourself, your presence and the way to think. Never self limit yourself.

11. Take a proper sleep for 6-7 hours.

“Exercise not only changes your body, it changes your mind, your attitude and your mood.”

  1. Great tips! I’m a drinker (water :D) so naturally do it without even thinking much about it. My issues use to be lack of sleep but I’ve been clever the last weeks and got 7h each night, I’m actually hoping for 8 or 9. I love sleeping 😂
