
Life , it has many shades. There is a time when we are at the top of the hill, feeling happy and joyful but sometimes we go through such hardtimes that almost broke us from inside.
In those painful, sorrowful or resentful times, we pretend everything is fine but it’s not. We often neglect our feelings, For whom?? The so called society, or the people’s who even don’t care about us. This negligence create anxiety which eats us from inside.
Our society has taught us to be strong in every difficult times but we should never forget that we are human beings not a robot. We have emotions, it can be for happiness or sadness. We don’t need to be pretentious regarding our emotions.
For that It’s okay to cry, it’s okay to feel bad, and it’s okay to not to be okay…
