
Sleep is very important for a good and healthy life. To make it more effective we should follow some tips…
1.Read some books – It will reduce the stress level of the day
2.Prepare for task to be done next day – It will help to do the following work on time, without delay or worry
3.Always Power down all your electronic gadgets – As these electonics affects on sleeping.
4.Meditate , pray or relax -This will help to be stress free and stop negative thoughts to hamper your mind
5.Keep it dark – The room should be not lit while sleeping as the light distract our concentration
6.Write Journal – If you like to write, try to wind up your day by writing about the things you did in a day.
